Q: Does the cloud version cost the same as the on-premises version?

For the cloud version, an additional 4 euros per user is charged. This includes 250 GB of storage. Additional storage can be purchased for an additional charge.

Q: How can I test FURTHRmind?

We offer you a free community version for up to three users. Alternatively, you can test the premium functions in the cloud version free of charge for 30 days. You will be provided with your own server to which only you have access.

Q: Can I change the number of users?

You can change the number of users at any time by contacting your onboarding manager.

Q: Are real users or users logged in at the same time taken into account for licensing?

FURTHRmind tracks the total number of accounts created. You can also remove an account to create space for a new one.

Q: Do you offer discounts?

Yes, our multi-year plans include discounts. Please contact us for further information.

Q: What payment methods are available?

At the moment, we exclusively accept payments via bank transfer on account. You will receive timely reminders before your license period ends, enabling you to renew it.
